How To Make PKCC Health Certificate Without Getting It Issued From Veterinary Hospital? Bank Loan Fraud Busted In Kanina

Jagran correspondent, Kanina. A fraud related to Pashu Kisan Credit Card Health Certificate given to cattle farmers in the area has come to light. In this matter, the police have started investigation by registering an FIR in the police station city Kanina.

It is alleged that fake health certificates were prepared in the name of Government Veterinary Hospital Motla Kalan and used in bank transactions. Dr., a veterinarian working in the Government Veterinary Hospital, Motla Kalan, Rewari. Arvind Kumar had given a complaint in this regard to Deputy Superintendent of Police Kanina. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case.

Dr. Arvind Kumar said that it has come to his notice that a fake PKCC health certificate has been issued in the name of GVH Motla Kalan, which has been prepared in the name of Puneet Kumar resident of village Musepur, district Rewari.

This certificate was used in banking operations related to SBI Kanina. He clarified that this health certificate was never issued by him nor by the Government Veterinary Hospital Motla Kalan.

It is alleged that this fake certificate has been prepared with the connivance of bank employees. Demanding action, he handed over a copy of the fake certificate to the police along with the complaint. After receiving the complaint, the matter was sent from the office of Deputy Superintendent of Police Kanina to the police station city Kanina, where an FIR has been registered and investigation has been started.

What is PKCC Health Certificate?

PKCC Health Certificate is issued to cattle farmers on their application or on the demand of the bank. On the basis of this, a cattle rearer can take a bank loan of up to Rs 1 crore to open a cattle farm or buy animals.

In such a situation, the issue of fake certificates has become a matter of serious concern for the banking system and government departments. The police is now investigating who prepared the fake certificate, who else was involved in it and what kind of role was played at the bank level.
