Digital Desk, New Delhi. A 16-year-old school girl, who was missing since Monday in Narsingi, Hyderabad, was found in a flat in Chengicherla, where she was raped by three people, including two minors. Police rescued the minor girl from the flat on Wednesday.
24 year old accused Imran has been arrested and sent to jail, while a minor has been sent to a juvenile home. The third accused is still absconding, the search for whom is going on.
8th class student trapped in friend's trap
The victim girl, a Class 8 student, already knew the arrested minor who worked as a salesman in a footwear shop in Charminar. She met him for the first time on February 7 and later remained in touch over the phone. On February 16, after school, Madina went to meet him.
Later two more accused joined them and took the girl to an empty apartment in Chengicherla. There, the trio allegedly assaulted him and forced him to drink liquor at knife point.
Mother lodged report of kidnapping
Police said that medical examination revealed that the girl had injuries on her private parts. The matter came to light when the girl's mother lodged a missing report with the police on Tuesday morning.
The minor, who lived with her maternal grandmother in a housing society in Narsingi, where her maternal grandmother works as a caretaker, had left for school at 8 am on Monday but did not return home.
The girl's mother said in her complaint that her daughter usually comes home by 4 pm. But when she didn't come back, my mother told us. We reached his house from Shaheen Nagar and searched for him in the surrounding areas. We also inquired with relatives and his friends, but he could not be found.
