Ashish Chaurasia, Greater Noida. So far, Ejiofy Solution Company has found a solution to save the time taken for X-ray, CT and MRI reports of emergency or trauma patients. It is named Image AI.
It has been incubated for clinical trials in IIT Delhi as well as Government Institute of Medical Sciences (JIMS). It is being used in gyms for the last two years and the results are getting better.
It was showcased by IIT Delhi and Microsoft Unnati at the AI Summit held in Delhi. Bill Gates, co-founder and chairman of a company called Microsoft, has also shown interest in it.
Report being made in minutes
Company member Noor Fatima said that with the help of AI software Image AI, it gives reports of thousands of X-rays, CT and MRI done in hospitals every day in a very short time. This provides relief to both patients and doctors.
Till now it used to take one to two days to prepare their reports, but since the reports are being prepared using AI Image software, the reports are being received within a short time. Due to this, the team of doctors is saving the lives of emergency patients by seeing them quickly and giving them timely treatment.
Sorting patients according to emergency
He told that after X-ray, CT and MRI, the patient's data is sent to their system. As soon as the data comes on the system, it gives the X-ray report within 10 seconds and as soon as the CT and MRI data comes on the system, it gives the report within two minutes. Along with giving reports, it separates the list of normal patients and highlights the emergency patients.
Besides, along with preparing reports of emergency patients like trauma, brain stroke etc., it also draws red lines where the problem occurs. This provides a lot of support to the radiologist or physician attending the patient. Due to its use in gyms, the doctor's team and the patients are also getting great relief.
Being used in 12 states
This AI software Image AI is currently being used in 12 states of India. Reports are being prepared using most of the government hospitals in these states. Apart from this, TB screening is also being done using this system in Gujarat. Till now, with its help, TB screening of 50 thousand people has been done in Gujarat. Out of these, TB was confirmed in three thousand people and they are undergoing treatment under the supervision of doctors.
Prepares plans for cancer treatment and surgery
Cancer treatment planning is also prepared with the help of software. With its help, radiotherapy plan can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Normally it takes two to three months to make a plan. He also helps in surgery planning. With its help, it prepares the report to be prepared before surgery and points out to the doctor the place where the problem occurs.
It prepares the report in 3-D. This provides support to the team of doctors. The team preparing it includes Noor Fatima, Meenal Gupta and Sheetal. On this, Bill Gates asked to meet and cooperate. So far this has been done at KLE Belgaum in Bengaluru. Microsoft has provided support under CSR.
