'Improvement Should Be Brought In The Functioning Of Tehsil And Police Stations', Swatantradev Singh Tested The System In Prayagraj.

Complaints about the arbitrariness going on in police stations and tehsils have also reached the state's Jal Shakti Department minister and district in-charge Swatantra Dev Singh. During the meeting, the Minister in-charge said that immediate action should be taken in the cases referred to the public representatives. Along with this, also inform the public representative about the action taken. The working methodology of tehsils and police stations is not proper. Qualitative improvement should be brought in it.

Night patrolling should be increased from city to rural areas. Take action against land mafia under Goonda Act. The minister in charge ordered DCP Nagar to take action against those drinking alcohol in public places in the city. In the meeting, MP Phulpur Praveen Patel said that due to lack of reports from accountants, there is a delay in getting benefits to the dependents in cases of farmer accidents.

He also raised the issue of encroachment on roads. The minister in charge said that there should be no shortage in the availability of fertilizers. Effective action should be taken on complaints of over rating. There should be strict monitoring of paddy procurement. There should not be any rigging anywhere.

He asked Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani to talk to all the councilors and find out the defects in their sewer and drinking water pipe lines. Then get them repaired. The minister ordered to keep the arrangements of Magh Mela in order. Said that there should be no shortage anywhere.

Similarly, he discussed different points like traffic system, cleanliness etc. MLA Phaphamau Guru Prasad Maurya, MLA Phulpur Deepak Patel, MLA City Uttar Harshvardhan Vajpayee, MLA Koraon Rajmani Kol, Legislative Council Member KP Srivastava, BJP Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta, Gangapar President Nirmala Paswan, Yamunapar President Rajesh Shukla also gave suggestions.

Police Commissioner Jogendra Kumar, DM Manish Kumar Verma, Additional Police Commissioner Dr. Ajay Pal Sharma, PDA Vice President/Fair Officer Rishiraj, DCP Nagar Manish Kumar Shandilya, Chief Development Officer Harshika Singh were present in the meeting.
