Digital Desk, Bhopal. There was a sensation in Bhopal District Court on Thursday when a person who had offered bail for Rs 400 himself came into the clutches of the law. MP Nagar police station has arrested a vicious fake surety who got the bail of criminals with the help of fake documents and was misleading the court by changing his name.
The accused used to make fake ledgers (land records) and Aadhaar cards under another name and declared himself the owner of the land and on the same basis became the guarantor of the accused. On Thursday also he had reached the court to get bail for an Arms Act accused, but this time luck was not on his side.
The judge got suspicious, the truth was exposed
As soon as the accused presented the documents, the judge noticed something wrong. When the documents were thoroughly scrutinized, it was revealed that the documents were completely fake. After this, on the information of the court, MP Nagar police came into action and arrested the accused.
someone else's land, claim it as our own
According to Sub Inspector Shivendra Pathak, this action was taken on the complaint of Ravi Meshram (45), resident of Tulsi Nagar, posted in the District Court. Investigation revealed that the accused Navneet Gupta (31), resident of Dhana-Sagar and address Piplia Baz Khan, had prepared fake land records. By matching the Khasra number and the records, it was revealed that the land which he was claiming as his own, was actually registered in the names of Rajkumar Singh Sikarwar and Surendra Singh. That means the entire script to deliberately mislead the court was ready.

Files of old cases will also be opened
The police have written a letter to the District Judge seeking information about the bails previously granted in the name of the accused. It is suspected that this cheap bail network was active for a long time.
