In Hisar, when a friend broke his vow of not marrying, the young man committed suicide by consuming sulfas.
Jagran correspondent, Hisar. Two friends vowed not to marry. On Saturday, when a friend told his friend about marrying a girl, 20-year-old Jatin, living in Jahazpul area, got angry and consumed alcohol in Saiyan Mohalla at around 8 pm. Due to which his health deteriorated.
Upon finding out, his relatives got him admitted to a private hospital in the city, where he died during treatment. The father of the deceased youth refused to get the post-mortem done on the body, demanding action against the accused. The police went to Saiyan Mohalla along with the relatives and obtained footage from there. Then the relatives agreed to get the post-mortem done. The police got the post-mortem done and handed over the body to the relatives.
both often lived together
Chhota, a resident of Jahazpul area, told that his son Jatin used to work at a clothes shop in Rajguru Market. He was friends with a young man for a long time. Both of them often lived together. He told that the son and his friend vowed never to marry.
Both of them often talked on the phone also. Even on Saturday night, he went to the shop and called Jatin to come to him. After that both of them went to Saiyan locality. There his friend told that he was getting married to a girl.
After that there was a fight between the two. Then the son took a sulfas pill in Saiyan locality itself. After that he called and told about this. Upon finding out, they reached the spot and got him admitted to a private hospital in the city. He died during treatment there.
Refused to get post mortem done in the morning
Jatin's body was brought to the civil hospital via ambulance at around 11.30 am on Sunday morning. Along with him were his relatives and Dogran Mohalla police post. The police kept the body in the mortuary for post-mortem.
When the police asked the relatives to record their statement, the deceased's father Chhota refused to give the statement. He said where did Jatin bring the sulfas from? His friend gave him sulfas. It was on his advice that Jatin consumed sulfas and lost his life.
Then the police went to Saiyan Mohalla with the relatives of the deceased. After the police action, the relatives agreed to get the post-mortem done. Dogran Mohalla outpost in-charge ASI Subhash says that after post-mortem the body was handed over to the relatives. The matter is being investigated seriously.
