By showing the fear of his son's illness and the alleged shadow on him, a Tantrik not only trapped the woman but also kidnapped her by feeding her intoxicants.
The accused took the woman from Panipat to Assam and kept her hostage and raped her for 10 days in the forests of Kamakhya. In the complaint given to the police, the victim said that her son was ill and had body pain.
In the hope of getting her son cured, she came in contact with a Tantrik. The Tantrik claimed that the child was possessed by someone, which he could remove through Tantric Vidya. According to the woman, the accused called her to the banks of Yamuna river in Panipat on January 1 on the pretext of purification ritual.
Gave Prasad there. Called again on January 3rd. On January 4, the Tantrik sent an auto to his village. After this, he took the girl and raped her.
