Jagran correspondent, Sonipat. A case of a 10-year-old girl's body parts getting damaged due to wrong treatment due to fake medical report in her horoscope has come to light. When the girl's father came to know that the report was fake, he threatened to make the report public.

After the matter came to the notice, Kundli police station arrested the accused doctor and took him on remand for one day. Police have also seized the lab records. Also, a letter has been written to the District Health Officer for investigation, so that other medical reports and the degree of the lab operator can be checked. At present, the accused lab operator is being interrogated by taking him on remand for one day.

The girl's father told the police that his 10-year-old daughter was undergoing growth hormone treatment. Its tests were done by Dr. at Labex Pathology Lab in TDI Rodeo Mall. Rajesh Ranjan had got it done. Rajesh used to call himself a doctor. He also got a test done for Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1. On the basis of this the daughter was undergoing treatment.

Despite this, health was not improving. After examining the report, something was wrong. When the report was investigated, it was found to be fake. On the complaint, the police registered a case and produced the accused Dr. Rajesh Ranjan in the court and took him on remand for one day.

"The accused doctor is being taken on remand for one day and interrogated, so that if this has happened in other cases, he can come forward. At the same time, a letter has been written to the Health Department for investigation related to the medical report and its studies. Further action will be taken after the investigation."
