Samvad Sutra, Jagran Ambedkar Nagar. In Sammanpur, a young man who had come to intervene in a dispute between two parties over spitting in front of the door was stabbed to death with a fish cutter. Police have registered a case in the matter and arrested all the accused.
Mahendra and Sitaram of Astabad village of Sammanpur are Patidars. There used to be daily disputes between the two families regarding spitting in front of the house. The dispute that started over spitting in front of the house late on Thursday night turned into a bloody conflict.
According to the information, there was an argument going on between Mahendra's wife and daughter and Sitaram's family over spitting in front of the house. The matter had calmed down between the two.
But after some time the controversy took a bigger turn. Sitaram's sons Gulab and Subhash hit Shailesh of the village, who came to intervene in the dispute, on his head with a fish cutter.
On reaching the hospital, doctors declared Shailash dead. Vipin, Kundan, Vijay Bahadur etc. also suffered serious injuries in the dispute. Area officer Nitish Tiwari and ASP inspected the spot at night itself. On the complaint of the deceased's brother Kanhaiyalal, the police have registered a case under serious sections and arrested all the accused.
