Shubham Kumar took electricity connection at his residence a few days ago in Diamond Colony under construction on Moradabad Highway. Late Thursday evening, preparations were going on for Shubham's horse riding. Relatives and other people were enjoying horse riding with the band playing. As soon as Shubham left the house and boarded the mare, the contract employees of the electricity department reached there and cut off the electricity in his house. As soon as the electricity went off, there was darkness there.
Action on caretaker's complaint
The employees who came to disconnect the connection told that the care taker of the colony, Vichitra Kumar, had given a letter to the Executive Engineer complaining about the electricity connection being released without permission. On the instructions of higher officials, the connection to Shubham's residence was disconnected. An attempt was made to contact the Executive Engineer Noorpur in this regard but he did not receive the call.

Thieves damaged goods in BSNL Tower premises
Thieves entered the BSNL Tower premises located in village Alawalpur of Meerut and damaged the goods. Irshad, resident of Bijnor, working as a technician in Power Electromedia, gave a complaint to the police and said that thieves who entered the tower on the night of 12 February damaged the alternator, power cable and other items. Information about this incident was received during spot inspection on 13th February. They were shocked to see the goods damaged. He has demanded action from the police in this matter.
