Jagran correspondent, Basti. On Saturday, Deputy District Magistrate Sadar held a meeting with the supervisors engaged in Special Intensive Review (SIR) in the auditorium of Sadar Tehsil. Asked to upload the minutes of ASD on the BLO portal by Monday.
Claims and objections related to the SIR list are to be taken from January 6. Before this, the minutes of ASDD list have to be uploaded again on the portal by the BLO. Regarding this, Deputy Collector Sadar Shatrughan Pathak held a meeting with the supervisors in the tehsil. Gave them directions.
He said that the ASDD (Absent, Transferred, Deceased, Equality) list should be re-checked. Now it has to be finalized. Organize a meeting once to ensure that there are no flaws in the list.
The minutes should be uploaded along with the list on the portal by the BLO. Do not be careless in this work. There is two days time, it has to be completed at any cost.
Action will be taken against the BLO and supervisor of the booth whose work is not completed by January 5. This is to be taken as priority as per the instructions of the Election Commission.
