In the case of fraud of crores of rupees in the name of investment, the money of the remaining investors has not been returned yet by the famous hair stylist Javed Habib. Almost a month has passed since the stipulated deadline. Now the police has indicated to search for the accused.
All the victims have not been paid by Javed Habib, accused in the case of making investments in the name of FLC company. According to the police, out of total 43 investors, till now only 18 people have had their money returned. The affidavits of these investors have also been handed over to the police.
The remaining 25 investors were given time till January 15 to make the payment, but even after the due date, neither the accused himself appeared nor did any of his representative or advocate appear before the police.
The matter is of September 2023, when Javed Habib had arrived with his son Anos Habib at a seminar organized in a hotel in the city. Through local associate Saiful, investors were made to invest by luring them with huge profits and monthly interest in dollars. Even in March 2024, money was deposited from some people, but neither the interest was received on time nor the principal amount was returned.
Preliminary investigation revealed that around Rs 2 crore was collected from 43 investors. In this case, 32 FIRs are registered against Javed Habib, his son Anos and associate Saiful in Raisatti police station.
Despite the notice and search warrant being issued, the accused is still out of the reach of the police. Investigator Pavitra Parmar said that the time limit has expired, now further action has been started to search for the accused.
