Jagran correspondent, Ranchi. Due to the cold wind coming from the north-west direction in the entire state including the capital Ranchi, the noise increases in the morning and evening. The situation is that the temperature of Ranchi has fallen by 10 degrees in the last fifteen days. Due to which the effect of cold is continuously increasing. In the capital Ranchi till December 20, there will be light and moderate fog in the morning and later the sky will be mainly clear.

At the same time, in the forecast issued by Meteorological Center Ranchi, it was said that there is no possibility of any major change in the minimum temperature in the state for the next five days i.e. on 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 December. Talking about the weather in the last 24 hours, the weather remained dry in the entire state.

Lowest temperature of McCluskieganj

The highest maximum temperature of 26.9 degrees Celsius was recorded in Jamshedpur, while the lowest minimum temperature of 6 degrees Celsius was recorded in McCluskieganj. At the same time, the maximum temperature of the capital Ranchi was recorded at 23.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum was recorded at 9.6 degrees Celsius.

The effect of cold wave continues in the adjacent central parts of the state i.e. Ranchi, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Gumla, Bokaro and Khunti. The influence of north-westerly winds is continuously increasing. Meteorologist Abhishek Anand said that the effect of north-westerly winds has increased in the entire state, due to which the chill has increased in the north and north-western districts.

Kankani has started increasing in the surrounding districts including the capital Ranchi. The effect of cold has started increasing in the early morning and late night. On Sunday, the maximum temperature of Kanke was recorded at 22 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 6.1 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the maximum temperature of McCluskieganj was recorded at 22 degrees and the minimum temperature was 6 degrees.

Cold wave continues in Kanke region. The atmosphere of the area remains dry. Life has been affected due to the sudden increase in cold and people are taking recourse to bonfires. It was told that after December 20, the effect of cold may intensify once again and the cold wave will increase in Kanke and surrounding areas.

Health experts have appealed to people to wear warm clothes, use bonfire or heater in the morning and evening and take special care of the elderly, children and sick people.
