A proposal of Rs 7.50 crore was sent to the government by the Municipal Corporation under Pandit Deendaya Yojana for the construction of RCC, interlocking and pitch roads in all the localities. Construction will be done when funds are available. This will provide better transportation facilities to the citizens. The people of the villages included in the border expansion will get a lot of convenience.
The roads built many years ago in the old and new localities formed after the expansion of the boundaries of Padrauna Municipality have been damaged. Citizens face a lot of trouble in commuting due to scattered gravel and huge potholes.

There has been a demand from the citizens of these localities for the construction of these roads for a long time. In view of the problems of the people, the Municipal Board has sent the proposal for roads to the government. Construction work will begin once funds are allocated.
Manoj Gupta, Rajesh Saha, Surendra Jaiswal, Prem Modanwal, Parshuram Sharma, Jitendra Yadav etc. said that due to damaged roads in the localities, there is a lot of trouble in transportation. Due to potholes, bikers and cyclists lose control and fall down. There is also a problem of waterlogging at many places. There will be a lot of convenience once the construction is completed.
