A symbolic picture has been placed in it.
Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. Industrial area is to be developed on 700 acres of land in Paru. In this regard, the process related to land acquisition is going on at a fast pace.
In this connection, the land to be acquired has been surveyed with a drone. Its videography and photographs have also been taken. This is done for the purpose of 3D mapping and updating land records.
So that no dispute arises later. After making a file of the said process, the Deputy General Manager of Motipur Cluster has sent the report related to it to the District Land Acquisition Officer. Now further acquisition process will be done on this basis.
It should be noted that approval for the acquisition has already been received. The social impact is being assessed. Apart from this, at present a six-member committee is inspecting the site and determining the type, rate and classification of the land.
This will take more than a month. On this basis, the market price of the land to be acquired will be decided and compensation will be paid to the tenants accordingly.
It was told that this area will be adjacent to Patna-Bettiah four lane, where land will be acquired for mega food park and other industries.
For this, land has been identified in Chaturpatti, Chainpur Chiutahan, Bhojpatti, Harpur Kaparphora and Vishunpur Saraiya of Paru region. Approval of Rs 297 crore has been given for the acquisition. District Land Acquisition Office public hearing and evaluation of land has been started. Notification related to this has also been published.
There will also be benefit of being adjacent to Hajipur-Sugauli railway line.
This project will lead to investment, local employment and better infrastructure (electricity, water, roads) in Paru. Due to its proximity to Bettiah-Patna four lane and Hajipur-Sugauli railway line, it will become a major industrial centre.
If there is transportation facility then the development of the area will be faster. Industrialists from outside will also be interested in setting up industries here. This will be the third largest industrial development area in Muzaffarpur after Motipur and Bela.
