JMM Announces High Level Delegation To Assam, Will Study The Cultural-social Condition Of Tribals

State Bureau, Ranchi. A high-level team of the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) will go to Assam to study the cultural, social and economic condition of the tribals. General Secretary Vinod Pandey gave information to this effect on Tuesday.

He told that as per the instructions of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, a committee has been formed, which includes MP Vijay Hansda, Minister Chamra Linda, Gumla MLA Bhushan Tirkey and Rajmahal MLA Mohd. Tajuddin Raja will attend. The team has been instructed to visit Assam within 10 days and study the situation of the tribals there and submit a written report to Chairman Hemant Soren.

Preparation for civic elections, Dhanbad District Committee meeting

In order to prepare for the municipal elections, a meeting of officials of all levels under Dhanbad district was organized in the auditorium of the residence of JMM Central President Hemant Soren on Kanke Road as per the pre-determined program on Tuesday. In the meeting, organizational issues were discussed and the work of the organization was reviewed.

The meeting was mainly attended by Central General Secretary cum Spokesperson Vinod Pandey, Central Secretary Abhishek Prasad 'Pintu', Central Executive Member cum MP Vijay Hansda, Central Member Neelam Mishra, Ramesh Tudu, Kameshwar Mahatha, Qazi Seraj Ahmed, Jaggu Mahato, Gurucharan Baski, Dhanbad District President Lakhi Soren, District Secretary Mannu Alam, Metropolitan President Mantu Chauhan, Metropolitan Secretary Ramu Mandal, Presidents and Secretaries of all class organizations under Dhanbad district and Dhanbad.
