Jagran correspondent, Bhabua. The electricity company will very soon start supplying electricity to the homes of Kutir Jyoti category consumers by installing solar panels. Regarding this, the company has sought online consent form from the concerned Kutir Jyoti category consumers.
According to the information, under Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana, electricity will be supplied to selected consumers by installing free solar systems on their rooftops. After receiving the consent letter from the consumers, officials of the power company, DISCOM and RESCO will conduct site inspection.
If the situation is found favorable during inspection, the concerned consumers will be informed about the successful implementation, smooth operation of the rooftop solar plant and the procedures related to it. After all the formalities are completed, the process of installing solar plants on the rooftops of consumers' homes will be started.
Electrical Executive Engineer Bhabhua Shashikant Kumar told that those BPL families (Kutir Jyoti) who have their own terrace house and who submit the application first, solar plates will be installed for free first.
He said that there are total 233 consumers in Adhaura block, 10225 in Bhabua, 4953 in Bhagwanpur, 10336 in Chainpur, 7092 in Chand, 7393 in Mohania, 6867 in Durgavati, 6136 in Kudra, 2926 in Nuaon, 4819 in Ramgarh and 5532 in Rampur. All the above mentioned consumers will have to apply through Suvidha App.
After selecting consent for solar rooftop in the Suvidha App, the applicant has to give consent that I agree to install solar plates on the roof of my house and will maintain the rooftop solar properly. Let us tell you that it is very easy to take advantage of this scheme.
If the consumer has any problem in applying online then he can come to the facility counter of the divisional office and submit the application. For this you have to bring electricity bill and mobile number. This arrangement is absolutely free at the convenience counter.
