Malviya hits four people on Indore's MG Road (indicative picture)
ANI, Indore (Madhya Pradesh). An incident due to extreme negligence has come to light in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Here, a driver named Gajanand Malviya hit 7 vehicles in MG Road area of Indore on Thursday, injuring 4 people. The police examined Malviya and found that he was drunk.
The injured were treated at the hospital and the police are taking further action. Gajanand Malviya hit four people on MG Road in Indore and then entered a clothes shop. The mob beat up Malaviya. The incident is captured in CCTV footage.
MG Road police arrested Malviya, who was drunk and claiming to be a doctor. Police say that he will be presented in the court.
MG Road police station in-charge Vijay Singh Sisodia, while speaking to ANI, said that the incident took place between Municipal Corporation intersection and Chikmagalur intersection.
He said a car driver hit seven vehicles between the Municipal Corporation intersection and Chikmagalur intersection, injuring four people. The injured were treated in the hospital. The name of the accused driver is Gajanand Malviya. Investigation revealed that he was drunk. Legal action is being taken in this matter.
