Amit Chauhan, resident of Ganesh Vihar Nehru Colony, told that on the night of 14th February, Sheetala Vihar resident of Sameer had parked her scooter in front of his gate, due to which the road was being blocked.

The complainant said that when the man was asked by his brother Ravindra Rawat to remove the scooter, Sameer started abusing and abusing and threatened him. During this, there was an altercation with Sameer. After some time, Sameer, his brother Sahil, Shivam, Vanshu Kataria, Deepak Nishad and his elder brother, a total of 20 people entered the house and attacked them.

During this time, Amit Chauhan, his brother Ravinder Rawat and guest Ashish Kandwal were attacked with deadly intent. Amit Chauhan told that his 80 year old father was very scared of this incident and kept explaining to the attackers, but still the attackers vandalized the house and broke Amit Chauhan's leg.

Nehru Colony police station incharge Sanjeet Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the accused Sameer, Sahil, Shivam, Vanshu Kataria, Deepak Nisad and his brother and others.
