Samvad Sutra, Gonda. The bench of Justice Rajeev Singh quashed the order of the MPMLA Special Court. The court has ordered to decide the revision case on merits. This order has brought great relief to the Minister of State for External Affairs and his colleagues.
Ajay Singh, resident of village Bhitaura of Mankapur Kotwali area, submitted an application in the court. Said that the opposition had re-deed the 16 decimal land deeded in the name of his wife Manisha Singh on a three-year old stamp with a backdated date in the name of the alleged woman, Mithilesh Rastogi, resident of Jawahar Nagar and the remaining land in the name of Kanti Singh, resident of village Benipur.
When a case was registered in Mankapur Kotwali in the year 2024, the police filed the final report under political pressure. During the hearing on August 11, 2025, Special Court MPMLA/Civil Judge Senior Division Apeksha Singh had ordered the Inspector in-charge of Mankapur Kotwali to investigate by registering a case against the accused under relevant sections.

Additional District and Sessions Judge III/MPMLA Special Court Rajesh Kumar III had dismissed the suit by rejecting the stay application.
