If the building was built through illegal transfer, how was its map approved, how was water and electricity obtained? Supporting him, Congress MLA Rajesh Kachhap raised the question as to how the plan of the building constructed through illegal transfer was approved and how water and electricity facilities were available to it.

On this the minister said that if the MLA makes any specific complaint, action will be taken on it. He said that there is also a TAC to look into such cases. Naman Viksal said that illegal transfer of ST land is affecting the population ratio.
