Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has approached the Delhi High Court. Moitra has approached the High Court against the order of the Saket Court, in which she was refused interim custody of her pet Rottweiler dog named Henry.
Let us tell you that Moitra's application for interim custody of Henry for 10 days every month was rejected by the Saket court on November 10, 2025.

Meanwhile, Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri on Thursday issued a notice to Moitra's ex-boyfriend Advocate Jai Ananth Dehadrai and sought his response on the application. Now the next hearing of this case will be on April 29.
