Jagran correspondent, Patna. MP Pappu Yadav, arrested in a 31-year-old case, has been sent to Beur jail in judicial custody on the orders of the court. After his arrest, he was produced in Patna Civil Court, where after hearing, the court ordered to send him to judicial custody. However, considering his health condition, arrangements for treatment have been made before sending him to jail. According to the administration, MP Pappu Yadav will be treated at Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH). Strict security arrangements were made during the entire incident.

According to the information, this case is about 31 years old, in which hearing was pending in the court against MP Pappu Yadav. In this connection, the police arrested him from Patna.
After his arrest he was brought directly to the civil court. Additional police force was deployed to deal with any untoward situation in the court premises. Arguments from both sides were heard during the hearing.
Judicial custody on court orders
Considering the seriousness of the case, the court ordered to send MP Pappu Yadav to judicial custody. After this, the process of sending him to Beur Central Jail was started.
However, special instructions have been given to the jail administration regarding his health. The court made it clear that there should be no negligence in treatment. If necessary, he will be admitted to the hospital.
Treatment will be done in PMCH, monitoring by doctors
According to administrative sources, MP Pappu Yadav was first taken to PMCH for medical examination. The team of doctors is keeping an eye on his health condition.
Only after treatment will the decision regarding further legal process and jail shifting be taken. Coordination has been made between the jail administration and the health department. For security reasons, police force is also deployed in the hospital premises.
