In Mohalla Sadat Kotla, the youth of the Muslim community enthusiastically participated in the funeral of a Hindu youth who lost his life after being hit by a train on Monday and gave a positive message to the society by shouldering his bier.
According to the information, Arjun of Mohalla Kotla Sadat died after being hit by a train on the railway track near the locality on Monday. As soon as the news of the accident was received, there was chaos in the family and a wave of mourning ran in the entire locality.
Seeing the economic and social condition of the relatives of the deceased, the Muslim youth of the locality came forward and extended a helping hand. Youths from the Muslim community played an active role in the funeral preparations.
He not only shouldered Arjun's bier, but also accompanied him to the cremation ground and fully cooperated in the last rites process. During this time a large number of people from both the communities were present.
The atmosphere was definitely sad, but the feeling of mutual brotherhood and unity was clearly visible. Local people appreciated the initiative and said that this incident is an inspirational message for the society.
