Digital Desk, New Delhi. The police are investigating the matter on issues like spurious liquor and food poisoning. The 53-year-old man who died in the incident had consumed alcohol at the party and also eaten chicken biryani, fish curry and roti.
One died in New Year party
On New Year's Eve, 17 people gathered at the Bhavani Nagar Association Committee Hall in Jagadgiri Gutta in Hyderabad. Everyone became ill after eating food at this party. One person died after being admitted to the hospital.

Everything was fine till these 17 people reached the New Year party, but as soon as the people present at the party had food, their health deteriorated soon after.
9 people had become unconscious after eating food at the party. These people were immediately admitted to Narayana Malla Reddy Hospital. Two more people were taken to Ram Dev Hospital and are now undergoing treatment there.
Police team engaged in investigation
After this accident in Hyderabad, the police was informed about the incident. Police have registered a case in this matter. Police have seized the leftover food from the party and sent it to the testing lab. As part of this investigation, statements of the people affected by the incident have been recorded.
