In this case, on the complaint of the victim, an FIR has been registered against the sarpanch and his five associates in Rai police station. The video regarding the removal of the name plaque on the platform of Maharana Pratap's statue installed in Tanda village went viral on December 30. In this video made viral by Sarpanch Rajesh, an attempt was made to blame Prahlad of the village itself.
On the request of Deepak Chauhan of Karni Sena, a Panchayat was called in the village on 31 December regarding this matter. Apart from Prahlad, village Sarpanch and Deepak Chauhan, many people participated in this.
It is alleged that suddenly the village sarpanch along with his associates attacked Prahlad and his father and brother. In this case, on the basis of Prahlad's complaint, the police have registered an FIR against village sarpanch Rajesh and his associates Ramlal, Sandeep, Suresh and Prakash.
Sarpanch himself removed the name plate
Prahlad, the victim in the case, says that the Sarpanch himself got the name plate removed from the plinth of Maharana Pratap's statue and got a video made to defame him. The villagers have also traced the boys who had removed the plaque on the orders of the Sarpanch. In this case also, Rai police station has recorded the statements of those boys.

At the same time, Sarpanch Rajesh says that the whole matter is politically motivated. First the name plate was removed from the statue of Maharana Pratap. When this was protested at the spot, the people already gathered there attacked. I and many of my colleagues have been hurt. After getting the medical done, a complaint has been made to the police, but due to political pressure, the police is not taking action.
