Nigam Shree Vidyalaya Will Be Opened In Delhi, Talented Students Will Get Admission

Jagran correspondent, outer Delhi. On the occasion of Republic Day, Mayor Sardar Raja Iqbal Singh hoisted the flag at the Municipal Corporation Primary School located in Ashok Vihar Phase-I E-Block. The Mayor announced that on the lines of PM Shri School and CM Shri School, now Delhi Municipal Corporation will also start 'Nigam Shri School'.

In the initial phase, two Nigam Shree schools will be built in each zone, in which talented students will be given admission. In these schools, special attention will be given to enhancing the talent of children and preparing them for the future.

Raja Iqbal Singh wished everyone a happy Republic Day

In the function organized on Saturday, Mayor Sardar Raja Iqbal Singh wished everyone a happy Republic Day and said that the level of Delhi Municipal Corporation schools will be further raised. He appealed to all the citizens to cooperate with the corporation in keeping the city clean and neat, not to burn garbage in the open and to use public transport.

He said that Delhi Municipal Corporation is continuously improving the level of education by adopting modern education methods in its schools. Modern facilities like smart boards are being provided in schools, so that children can get better and quality education. He said that the strong foundation of any society is made up of education, values ​​and discipline.

100 talented students will be selected

Program Chairman, Municipal Corporation's Education Committee Chairman Yogesh Verma said that every year 100 talented students of class five will be selected and their names will be published on the corporation's website. The program ended with the national anthem and patriotic presentations by children.
