Jagran correspondent, Noida. Recently, in the board meeting of the authority, it was decided to continue the relief package for builders. The authority is going to issue notice again to the builders who took advantage of Amitabh Kant's recommendation.
This notice will be issued to those builders who did not deposit 25 percent of the total dues while availing the benefit. These notices will be issued so that the registration of buyers can be maximum. Many builders did not deposit the money after depositing 25 percent of the amount.
ACEO Vandana Tripathi said that the priority is to get it registered. Till now Rs 872 crore has been collected from the builders who took the relief package. In comparison, 6855 flats can be registered. But till now 4134 flats have been registered.
Let us tell you that under the recommendation of Amitabh Kant, out of 57 projects, 36 projects took its benefit till 31 December 2025. This is 60 percent of the total builders falling under the relief package category. Even after giving their consent, 11 builders have not made the payment.
