Name of parents now on graduation mark sheet in BRA Bihar University
Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. Now the name of the student's parents will be recorded on the graduation mark sheet in BRA Bihar University. Earlier only the name of the student was recorded. Now, along with the subject concerned, the course title, course credit, letter grade, numeric letter grade and other details will be recorded on the mark sheet. Each semester and paper will have different credit.
The SEC letter will also be accompanied by a description of the credit received and excluding it. By looking at the marksheet, it can be easily ascertained whether it is of the current session or of the backlog session. In the remarks given on the mark sheet, it will be clearly mentioned that if the student has failed then how many papers he has to appear in the next examination.
The result of the second semester under the graduation session 2024-28 in BRA Bihar University has been released on the basis of this format. Now the graduation result will be released on this format.
Students will see the same format of the mark sheet in the digital result copy also. Some more points and features are being included in the marksheet. Discussions are going on on this.
After this, after printing the mark sheet, it will be sent to the colleges. On the same pattern, the marksheet of various semesters of the students enrolled in the graduation session 2023-27 will be prepared. Soon after its printing, hard copies of the marksheet will be distributed in the colleges. Till now the marksheet of even one semester has not been sent to the colleges.
So far, enrollment in graduation has taken place in three sessions. Controller of Examinations Dr. Ram Kumar said that the format of the mark sheet for the four-year undergraduate course has been ready. It is being reviewed. On this basis the marksheet will be sent to the colleges.
The format of PG mark sheet will also change
The format of PG mark sheet will also be changed in BRA Bihar University. This will also be prepared on the lines of graduation marksheet which will include the subject as well as course title and other points. Work on this is going on from the university side.
On the other hand, in the coming days, along with Apar ID, watermark and logo will also be available on the marksheet. Efforts are being made to provide as much academic and other information related to the student as possible on the marksheet. This change has also been made in the mark sheet for uploading data in NAD (National Academic Depository).
