Plastic surgery will now become regular in the surgery department of JLNMCH.
Jagran correspondent, Bhagalpur. Now plastic surgery specialist doctors will provide regular services in the surgery department of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital (JLNMCH), Mayaganj. This will increase convenience in the treatment of severe burn patients, accident victims and complex surgical cases and patients will be able to get better medical care.
The Super Specialty Hospital administration has released the duty roster in this regard. According to the released roster, the doctors working in the Plastic Surgery Department of Super Specialty Block have been given the responsibility of serving in the Surgery Department of JLNMCH.
Deployment of specialist doctors has been ensured on different days of the week. Under the duty roster, Dr. Sushil Kumar Singh (Assistant Professor cum Head of the Department) will serve in the surgery department on Monday, Dr. Amarnath Kumar and Dr. Sushil Kumar Singh on Tuesday, Dr. Pranav Kumar on Wednesday, Dr. Amarnath Kumar on Thursday, Dr. Shashi Kapoor on Friday and Dr. Pranav Kumar and Dr. Shashi Kapoor on Saturday.
The hospital administration says that with this arrangement, timely expert consultation and treatment will be available to the patients. Also, there will be less need to refer patients outside in serious cases, which is expected to further improve the quality of treatment.
