The dispute escalated after the village head and his representative reached the construction block office of the Public Works Department and had an altercation with junior engineer Saroj Kumar Verma. It is alleged that during this period, Pradhan and his associates used indecent language and even caught hold of his wife for assault. Meanwhile, when fellow employees intervened, the accused left, threatening to kill them.
This incident created chaos in the office and the gathered employees started shouting slogans and protesting against the incident. On receiving information about fighting and uproar in the office premises, the police also reached the office and pacified the employees by assuring them of action.
After this, the victim of the incident, the junior engineer, reached the Civil Lines police station and lodged an FIR against the accused village head and his companion. In the complaint, allegations of indecency, attempt to assault and threatening to kill have been made. The construction block office of the Public Works Department is on Diamond Cinema Road in the Civil Lines area.
Here, Junior Engineer Saroj Kumar Verma was working sitting in his office at around 12.30 noon. JE Saroj Verma says that Suresh Chandra, a staff member of his office, came to him and asked him to meet two people and took him to the office of Assistant Engineer Harshit Jain.
It is alleged that Madhaiya Kali chief Ajay Kashyap and his representative Sandeep Thakur were already present here. It is alleged that both of them asked for increasing the width of the RCC road being built in Madhaiya Kali. As the dispute regarding this escalated, an attempt was made to abuse him by using indecent language and to assault him by holding him down.
But when there was noise in the office, other employees gathered intervened and then the accused fled away threatening to kill. This created chaos in the office. The office is on Diamond Road. Here, an attempt was made to assault Junior Engineer Saroj Verma by using indecency.

After getting information about the matter, the police also reached the police station. The workers continued to express their anger in front of the police by raising slogans and creating ruckus for a long time.
Later the police talked to them and pacified them by assuring them of action. Later, the victims of the incident reached the Civil Lines police station along with the junior engineer staff and lodged a complaint. The police registered a report based on his complaint.
After receiving a complaint of indecency and attempted assault, an FIR has been registered against the accused. Further action will be taken on the basis of investigation. An advocate has also filed a complaint on behalf of the other party. He is being investigated.
