Jagran correspondent, Bhubaneswar. The Odisha government has taken a historic step to make the youth of the state globally competitive and skilled in industrial skills. In a special program organized at the World Skill Center in Bhubaneswar, the Department of Skill Development and Technical Education signed four major Memorandums of Understanding (MoU). On this occasion, Industry and Skill Development Minister Sampad Chandra Swain said that making the youth suitable for modern industries is the top priority of the government. He stressed that skill development is not only the basis of social welfare but also the economic strength of the state.
