Jagran correspondent, Palwal. A bloody conflict broke out between two parties over a land dispute in Raniyala Khurd village. Five people of the same family have been seriously injured in the attack, including women and children.
Due to the critical condition of the main complainant woman, she has been referred to PGI Rohtak. Utavad police station has registered a case under serious sections against 11 named accused and started investigation in this regard.

In the complaint given to the police, the victim Hurli's wife Khurshid told that their family is having a land dispute for a long time. On January 7, a Panchayat was called at the village Sarpanch's house to resolve this dispute. During the Panchayat, there was an altercation between the two parties, after which the villagers pacified the matter and sent everyone home.

The victim alleges that in the afternoon the accused Rasid, Kaif, Arsad, Sabir, Aleem, Rahila, Abdul Rehman, Razia, Raveena, Hina and Warisa entered her house with sticks, rods and chatiya (axe-like weapon).
Attacked as soon as he entered the house
According to the complaint, the accused attacked as soon as they entered the house. Daughter Nazrana was beaten with sticks by Sabir and Aleem. Rasid licked the complainant and Kaif hit him on the head with a rod. Her husband Khurshid, who came to save her, was beheaded. Son Shaukat Ali was attacked with sticks and sustained injuries. Grandson Samar's head was broken by Abdul Rehman by pelting a stone.
After the attack, the accused left the family thinking they were dead and while leaving they threatened that if they asked for land again, they would kill the entire family. As soon as the information was received, police number 112 reached the spot and took the injured to CHC Hathin. From there, due to his critical condition, he was referred to Nalhar Medical College and then to PGI Rohtak.

On the report of Head Constable Khalid, Utavad police station has registered a case against the accused Rasid, Kaif, Arsad, Sabir, Aleem, Rahila, Abdul Rehman, Razia, Raveena, Hina and Warisa. The investigation of the case has been handed over to ASI Mahesh and HC Khalid Ali.
