For violating the decision of the Panchayat, Maulana will not perform the Nikah and a fine of Rs 11,000 will also be imposed.

A Panchayat against the evils of Muslim society was organized on Friday evening at Sarai Nikasa located at Delhi Gate, a Muslim-dominated city. The role of judges included Liaqat Ali, Haji Saqib, Aas Mohammad, Haji Sadiq, Mehraj, Wali Mohammad, Gibran Hussain Advocate, Haji Aziz, Sultan Ahmed, Islam Contractor, Idris Member, Rahish Qureshi, Haji Yasin. In the presence of prominent people of the society, it was unanimously decided that DJ sound will not be played and fireworks will not be used in the procession going from here and the procession coming here from outside.

The groom's Nikah will be solemnized in the mosque and not in the marriage home. However, the wedding procession and other arrangements can be made in marriage homes, hotels and guesthouses. No Maulvi will perform the Nikah of the violator and a fine of Rs 11,000 will also be charged from the person concerned.
The people of the society described this decision of the Panchayat as historical and important. Meenuddin said, there have been many fights in weddings regarding DJ sound, this has also deteriorated the unity and harmony. Many people of the society were present in the Panchayat.
