Police Reshuffle In Muzaffarpur: Police Station Chiefs Changed In Many Police Stations Including Maniyari, Gaighat-Aurai

Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. To control crime and improve law and order, SSP Kantesh Kumar Mishra has transferred 11 police officers including the police station incharge.

Under this, new police station chiefs have been deployed in six police stations including Maniyari, Aurai, Gaighat. Many former police station chiefs have been removed for failure in crime control.

In the press release issued from the SSP office, it was told that on the basis of efficiency, public interest and vacancy, these police officers have been posted after the approval of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Tirhut area.

According to the released list, Additional Police Station Head of Ahiyapur, Inspector Jitendra Mahato has been made Maniyari Police Station Head. Aurai Police Station Head Raja Singh to Gaighat Police Station Head.

Inspector Hemlata Kumari, posted in the research unit of Aurai police station, was handed over to Aurai police station chief. Inspector Shivchandra Yadav from the research unit of Kazimohammedpur police station has been made the head of Bariyarpur police station, Inspector Yashwant Kumar Mishra from the research unit Kanti police station has been made the head of the Bochahan police station, and Inspector Amita Singh from the research unit Motipur police station has been made the woman police station head.

Apart from this, Maniyari police station incharge Jai Prakash Gupta has been transferred from there and posted in the research unit of cyber police station.

Bochahan police station incharge Shrikant Chaurasia has been posted in the research unit of Sadar police station. Bariyarpur police station incharge Arvind Kumar has been transferred to the research unit of Ahiyapur police station, Mahila police station incharge Sabita Kumari has been transferred to the in-charge AHTU Koshang SSP office and Gaighat police station incharge Sarun Kumar Mandal has been transferred to the research unit of Ahiyapur police station.
