Jagran correspondent, Amroha. Names of 1,81,461 voters can be deleted in the four assembly constituencies of the district. In this, maximum names of 58619 voters will be deducted from Dhanaura constituency whereas, the least names of 33763 voters will be deducted from Naugawan Sadat constituency.

This will also change the political equations because more voters will be out in SIR than the win-loss figures among the candidates in the last assembly elections. There are 42243 voters whose mapping has not been done. After December 31, a notice will be issued to them and documents will be asked.

Names of maximum 58619 voters will be deleted in Dhanaura constituency and least 33763 in Naugawan.

The total number of voters in the district was 1370374, but their number has decreased in the special intensive revision work of the voter list of all four districts. The administration has been able to get only the counting forms of 1188931 voters digitized. Mapping of 42243 voters has not been done. 28079 voters have died while 32846 have not filled the counting forms. 85430 has been shifted to another place. The rest are other voters.

After December 31, notices will be sent to 42243 voters without mapping.

Names of 1.81461 voters can be removed from the lists. Of these, maximum 58619 voters are from Dhanaura assembly constituency. Apart from this, 33763 voters of Naugawan Sadat Vis, 43105 voters of Amroha and 45974 voters of Hasanpur are included. If the votes of voters are reduced in every assembly, then it will affect the political equations also. This can also bring major changes in the equations. Because, the victory of the candidates in each constituency will result in the names of more voters being registered.

Voters without mapping of Vis name

After December 31, notices will be sent to voters without mapping. They will be asked for one of the 13 documents prescribed by the Commission. If those documents are given then the counting form of the concerned voter will be considered correct. If not given, the name will be removed from the list. Nidhi Gupta Vats, DM
