Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. Fake doctors are treating skin related diseases across the country. People have also lost their lives due to this. In view of this, Rajya Sabha member Vivek Tankha had asked a question in Parliament regarding the complaints of such fake doctors.
To this the National Medical Commission replied that no complaint had been received by it. On this, members of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) met the MP and submitted a memorandum. In this, complaints related to fake doctors have been submitted to him by the association, which he has submitted to the National Medical Commission and the medical cells of the states.
Association members Dr. Vinay Singh, Dr. Deepika Pandhi, Dr. Rahul, Dr. Varun Tyagi told that the MP has assured them that he will bring a privilege motion in the Rajya Sabha on this issue. Dr. Varun Tyagi said that fake doctors of skin diseases are flourishing at many places across the country. They are harming people. Strict action is needed on these.
