KGMU's junior doctor's property will be confiscated.

Chowk Police will attach the property of Dr. Rameezuddin Nayak, a junior resident at King George's Medical University (KGMU), accused of sexual exploitation and abortion on the pretext of marriage. Earlier on Friday, after recording the statement of the victim, a reward of Rs 25,000 was announced along with issuing NBW. Three teams are continuously raiding, but nothing could be found out.
According to Inspector Chowk Nagesh Upadhyay, after recording the magisterial statement of the victim in the court, three teams were continuously searching for the accused doctor, but he has absconded. To tighten the noose on him, a non-bailable warrant (NBW) has also been issued, despite this nothing has been found out.
The accused is constantly changing his location. Information has been received about being in contact with some people, they have been traced. Two of them were interrogated, but he was not found at his stated location.
In such a situation, he as well as others will be monitored, so that if he comes in contact with anyone, he can be traced immediately. Along with Lucknow, the house of the accused doctor in Uttarakhand has also been included in the attachment.
A team will be sent there to paste the notice. It is noteworthy that the victim female doctor and the accused had become friends in the month of July. The accused had sexually exploited the victim on the pretext of marrying her.
In the month of September, the victim came to know that she had become pregnant. The accused had caused the victim to have an abortion. The victim had put pressure on the accused for marriage in October. In November, the accused had pressurized the victim to convert. After this the victim had increased her distance from the accused.
After this he started threatening that he would make the objectionable photos and videos of the victim viral. On the complaint of the victim, the Chowk police had registered a case under the charges of fraudulent sexual intercourse, abortion without the woman's consent and threat of damaging her reputation. Apart from this, section of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, 2021 was also imposed.
There is talk of taking refuge in Nepal.
Police sources said that the doctor had sought help from some people, but they too could not help. He neither went from here to meet his first wife, a resident of Agra, nor to his house in Uttarakhand. Information has been received from some people that he has absconded towards Nepal. Now the police is collecting his information.
