It has been brought in a total of 10 variants. A different combination of engine and gearbox is provided with each variant. Three engine options are given in the new Seltos. This is the same engine which the company offered earlier. Along with this, its transmission options have also been kept the same as before.

What has changed in the top variants?
A major change in the new Kia Seltos is that the naturally aspirated petrol engine is now available in the top variants as well. This engine has been brought only with CVT gearbox. The GTX and X-Line variants are focused solely on automatics. Options like CVT, DCT and diesel automatic are available in these trims, while the option of manual gearbox is not given at all.
