It is alleged that the husband is having illicit relations. When he protested, he was beaten up and triple talaq was given.
The allegation is also that the brother-in-law raped her. When she became pregnant, she was forcefully given medicines and got an abortion. The victim lodged a complaint accusing her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law and another woman. Police investigation revealed triple talaq. On the basis of which a case was registered in the matter.
In the complaint given to the police, the woman told that her marriage with Usman took place in the year 2023. Everything went well for a few days after the marriage but later the husband and in-laws started harassing her. After six months, it was discovered that the husband was having illicit relations with a woman.
When people protested against these relations, they were beaten. When I told my in-laws, they also beat me. Meanwhile she became pregnant. When she told her husband about this, he started pressurizing her to abort the child. When he refused, he was beaten. The husband clearly said that he loves someone else.
Will marry only her. The in-laws also supported the husband. An attempt was also made to forcibly give medicine to abort the child. Gave birth to a son in June 2024. Even during this period the in-laws did not take any care. The parents also bore the expenses of the hospital. Later, pressure was created that if she brought three lakh rupees from her parents' home, they would take her along.
My parents left me at my in-laws house. On 28 April 2025, the in-laws argued. When she protested, she was beaten and the husband ended the relationship by saying 'talaq' thrice. Tried to get her out of the house but she couldn't get out of the house. Later the brother-in-law started keeping an evil eye.
When he found himself alone, he committed rape. Threatened to kill if he told anyone. Often he kept having relations. Later, when she became pregnant, her in-laws forcefully aborted the child.
