The above instructions were given by District Magistrate Anshul Kumar in the weekly review meeting held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday. In the meeting, the DM has directed to speed up the production of Farmer Registry Cards for farmers as well as prompt execution of all pending development related schemes. In the meeting, the DM reviewed in detail the updated status of execution of important letters sent from Patna, cases related to State Scheduled Caste Tribe Commission, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class Welfare Department, Agriculture Department, Sports Department, Home Department, Education Department, Honorable Court and the updated status of execution of important letters of various departments and Farmer Registry Camp. He directed the officers to ensure the execution of all the cases within the stipulated time limit.

Instructions given for speedy execution of court cases

During the review of the Agriculture Department, the DM said that no eligible farmer was left out in the Farmer Registry Camp conducted for farmers in the blocks till January 21. He ensured that DAO farmers speed up the work of error-free Farmer Registry. At the same time, instructions were given to ensure timely execution of important letters and court cases on priority basis. In this meeting, DDC Anjani Kumar, Additional Collector Revenue Ravi Rakesh, Additional Collector Departmental Investigation Vinay Kumar, Additional Collector Sealing Rameshwar Ram, District Public Grievance Redressal Shri Jaichand Yadav and district level officers and sub-division and block level officers were present through video conferencing.

Instructions for grand preparation of Republic Day celebrations

During the review regarding the pre-preparations for the Republic Day, the DM reviewed the seating arrangements at the venue, security arrangements, traffic arrangements, flag hoisting and national anthem, salute to the national flag, presentation of tableaux by the concerned departments, supervision and supervision of the arrangements related to the venue of the function, control over the crowd and law and order, cleanliness of the city, painting of statues of great men, drinking water and electricity supply, flag hoisting in Mahadalit hamlets, Instructed to prepare for march past and presentation of tableaux etc. in a better manner and on time.
