All of them have been found involved in allegations of assault, extortion and molestation of the woman against the complainant. According to the police, during the investigation, the fact came to light that accused Sabir Khan and Naseem Ahmed, due to past enmity, conspired to register a fake gang rape case against Saddam Ansari and others from their own village.
Under this conspiracy, Naseeha Khatoon was prepared by paying money and on September 2, a fake incident spot was marked in Bedo. Apart from this, by using fake witnesses, the accused got a false case number 85/25 registered in Bedo police station.
During the investigation, it also came to light that Sabir Khan is an influential person of Balsokara, by misusing which an attempt was made to influence the investigation of the case and create hindrance in the investigation.
Police said that all the accused have confessed to their crimes during interrogation. FIR registered on the statement of the victim youth's father. In this case, Saddam's father Serajuddin Ansari has alleged that Sabir Khan, Naseem Ahmed, Ajajul Rehman, Naseeha Khatoon, Vicky Khan and Imtiaz Alam have done wrong to his family.
According to the complaint, these people along with their associates forcibly take over the land of poor and weak people. Whoever raises voice against these people, false cases are registered against him and he is threatened with weapons.
Serajuddin said that his son Saddam Ansari, along with some friends from his village, had filed applications against fake cases and illegal occupation. Sabir Khan and his associates, after learning that applications had been filed against them, started threatening Saddam Ansari and his friends. It has been told in the complaint that Sabir Khan along with a woman and other people conspired and got a fake case registered in Bedo police station, due to which Saddam had to go to jail.
