Even after getting relief from the High Court in the case of audio clip related to controversial claims regarding Ankita Bhandari murder case, the troubles of expelled former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore are not reducing. Now one of his acquaintances has filed a case against Suresh Rathore accusing him of not returning the car after asking for it. It is alleged that when he asked for the car back, he was abused and threatened. The police have registered a case on the orders of the court and started investigation.
Recently four cases were registered against former MLA Suresh Rathore in Haridwar and Dehradun. While staying underground for a week, Suresh Rathore approached the High Court to avoid arrest. After the hearing, the High Court had given stay on the arrest of Suresh Rathore in all four cases. But another case was registered against Rathore. According to the police, Harilok Colony resident Rajesh Kumar Gautam filed an application in the court saying that he had old relations with former MLA Suresh Rathore. Some time ago Suresh Rathore had borrowed a car from him.
When the car was not returned even after a long time, he asked for his car. It is alleged that first there was procrastination and then flatly refused to return the car. On protesting, he abused and threatened to kill. When there was no hearing in the police, he filed an application in the court. On the orders of the court, a case was registered against the accused Suresh Rathore in Jwalapur Kotwali late on Friday night under sections like breach of trust, abuses and threats etc. Jwalapur Kotwali in-charge Kundan Singh Rana said that the matter will be investigated and action will be taken.
Urmila said, the car is in Nepal
Haridwar: After a case of car grabbing was registered against Suresh Rathore, actress Urmila Sanawar did not waste time in reacting on Facebook. While posting a photo of Suresh Rathore with a car, Urmila wrote that Uttarakhand Police will find this car, but now I am the daughter of Uttarakhand and it is my responsibility to cooperate with the police administration. Urmila further wrote that this car is in Nepal.
