Abhishek Singh, Ghaziabad. In Ghaziabad, 500 documents are processed every day in the registration building inside Sadar Tehsil, from which the government gets a revenue of about Rs 15 crore. Despite this, there is lack of basic facilities here and people have to face problems.
At the same time, the advocates demanded several times to provide facilities, but their demands have not been taken into consideration till now.

A washroom inside the Tehsil premises is in bad shape, the toilet seat in it is broken. The toilet in the registration building is locked. RO has been installed here for drinking water but there is no water system there. RO has also deteriorated due to lack of maintenance. In such a situation, advocates have to buy jars of water from the market.

Told that the people coming to get the deed done have to buy water and drink it. There is a pile of garbage behind the registration building; due to lack of cleanliness, people are at risk of falling sick.
The government gets revenue worth crores of rupees from the deeds in Nishan Bhawan. Seven percent registration fee is charged. In this, GDA and Municipal Corporation have the right on one percent fee. There is lack of basic facilities inside the tehsil complex and registration building. Garbage remains lying inside the registration building itself.
