State Bureau, Shimla. Revised result of Himachal Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination has been released. Following the order of the High Court, the Public Service Commission has released the revised examination result for police constable recruitment. 369 posts of constable (female) have been filled for specialized duty in the police department. Although 380 posts in the women category were advertised through the Commission, 11 posts remain vacant due to non-availability of eligible candidates in some categories. 621 candidates were shortlisted for document verification in this category.
Only 676 out of 708 posts were filled
A total of 676 posts of Police Constable (Male) have been filled. Although 708 posts were advertised in the male category through the Public Service Commission, 32 posts remain vacant due to non-availability of eligible candidates in some categories.
43 posts remain vacant
In this way 43 posts remain vacant. 1343 candidates were shortlisted for document verification in male category. The Commission has released the list of selected candidates.
