Road Accident In Shahjahanpur: Two Roadways Buses Collided Head-on, 6 People Including Mother And Son Injured

Jagran correspondent, Shahjahanpur. On Tuesday, two roadways buses collided head-on near Thingri village on the Farrukhabad-Jalalabad road. Six passengers including a mother and son in a bus were injured in the accident. The injured were taken to the Community Health Centre.

At around 11 am the bus from Rohilkhand depot was coming from Farrukhabad. In Alhaganj, near Thingri village, there was a collision with a Shahjahanpur depot bus coming from the front.

In the accident, Madnapur resident Ramsevak, Madnapur resident Rajvanto, his 12-year-old son Rahul, Rohilkhand depot bus driver Rohit, resident of Mallapur village of Kant, Shahjahanpur depot bus operator Sudhir, Islamganj resident of Alhaganj and Mirzapur resident Manoj Kumar were injured in the accident.

The injured were sent to the Community Health Center Jalalabad. Rohit and Sudhir were referred to the medical college. There was a traffic jam after the accident. Traffic was smoothened by moving both the buses to the side of the road. Other passengers were sent to their destinations in other vehicles.
