Jagran correspondent, Rohtak. On the Kiloi-Polangi road, a truck hit the father and daughter riding a bike. Due to this, father and daughter came under the truck. The tires of the truck ran over both of them. The bodies of father and daughter were badly crushed and mutilated.
After the accident, the driver of the accused truck left the truck on the spot and ran away. Sadar police station has registered a case against the truck driver and is searching for him. 52-year-old Jagdeep, resident of village Maujpur Farmana, Sonipat, was the father of 6 daughters.
On Saturday, he left home at around 6 am with his 14-year-old daughter Deeksha on a bike to come to a private hospital. When his bike reached village Kiloi-Polangi Road in Rohtak, a speeding truck came from behind.
The truck hit Jagdeep's bike from behind, due to which his bike went under the truck. After this, the wheel of the truck ran over both of them, due to which the body parts of both of them got scattered into separate pieces.
There was no one at the spot at the time of the accident, so seeing the opportunity the truck driver ran away leaving the truck there. After some time, when people reached there, they informed the police about the accident.
