Samvad Sutra, Jagran Katihar. There was chaos in Madhih village of Azamnagar police station area when a call was made on dial-112 and information was given that three terrorists from Kashmir were hiding in the village. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and recovered three people who had come from Kashmir.
During police interrogation, the matter turned out to be completely different. It was revealed that all three are residents of Baramulla district (Kashmir). One of these people is the son-in-law of that house. Where all three were staying. It was told that three years ago he was married to Shabnam Khatoon of the village and the couple also has a 10-month old child.
According to the information, the girl was living in her maternal home for some time and did not want to go back to Kashmir. When the son-in-law along with his relatives came to the village to take his wife and child, he was beaten up and the woman and child were hidden in a relative's house. Investigation also revealed that the girl's relatives used to demand money from the Kashmiri son-in-law.
In the same sequence, the second son-in-law of the house, who is a resident of Supaul district, attacked and injured a person coming from Kashmir with a stick on his head and later called 112 and gave false information about the hiding of three terrorists.
The fake information created panic in the police department. After the matter became clear, the police caught the accused youth and sent the injured person to the hospital for treatment. The police station incharge said that due to lack of written application from any party, FIR was not registered and later the youth caught was released. The police is investigating the entire matter.
