There are only a few hours left for the arrival of the New Year and preparations are going on across the country to celebrate this holy occasion in different ways.
The devotees who reached Sri Harmandir Sahib first took bath in the lake and took the blessings of Wahiguru. Devotees say that they have come especially to celebrate the New Year at Sri Harmandir Sahib. They believe that the New Year should bring happiness and prosperity in everyone's life.
On this occasion, he bowed his head on the holy land of Sri Harmandir Sahib to offer prayers in Chaddi art.

At night, the doors of the main house of Shri Harmandir Sahib are closed. Despite this, at 12 o'clock in the night, more than 2 lakh devotees from India and abroad reach Sri Harimander Sahib to pay obeisance. Pray for peace and harmony in the world and country.
Devotees say that they are waiting for the moment when they will leave 2025 and enter 2026.
