Six new bus queue shelters built in Kaithal, passengers will get great relief
Jagran correspondent, Kaithal. Bus queue shelters have been built by the Municipal Council at six places in the city. The common people will benefit from their construction. These bus queue shelters have been built near IG College on Karnal Road of the city, Sector 19 and 20, Ambala Road Naka, Jind Road Bypass Naka, Old Bus Stand of the city.
The construction of a bus queue shelter here will provide convenience to the students studying in schools and colleges as well as the people waiting for vehicles.
Let us tell you that now due to lack of bus queue shelters at many intersections, people face a lot of problems during winter, summer and rainy days. Due to school and college holidays, students stand on the road and wait for vehicles.
In view of the convenience of the people, the Municipal Council has so far built bus queue shelters at six places, people are demanding that these bus queue shelters should also be built at other intersections in the city, so that the common people can be facilitated.
Common service centers have been opened by NAP.
Common service centers are also being opened by the city council. Till now, these centers have been opened at five places including Valmiki Sadan located on Sirta Road, New Karnal Road Balaji Colony, Sector 20.
However, staff has not been appointed here, due to which people are facing problems for work. In these centres, people were supposed to get facilities for property tax, NDC objection and other works near their homes, but work has not yet started at many centres. Along with this, Kothi Gate and Railway Gate have been completed in the ancient gate, but the work of six other gates has not started yet, preparations are underway to float a tender to start these gates also.

Municipal Council Executive Officer Sandeep Solanki said that till now bus queue shelters have been built at six places, work for making bus queue shelters at other places will be started as per the demand. Along with this, Common Service Centers have also been opened, where staff has not been appointed in these centres, this will be done soon. With the opening of these centres, people will get facilities close to their homes.
